Welcome to Blu Shift Creative. By subscribing to our Membership program, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Membership Tiers and Fees

We offer three membership levels:

• Lite: $4.99 per month
• Standard: $29.99 per month
• Premium: $179.99 per month

All fees are billed monthly and are subject to change with prior notice.

3. Billing and Payment

• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your subscription.
• Payment Method: By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable membership fees to your designated payment method.
• Failed Payments: If a payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Right to Cancel: You may cancel your membership at any time without any questions asked.
• Effective Date of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the month in which you cancel.
• How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made through your account settings on our website or by contacting our customer support.

5. No Refunds and No Warranties

All membership fees are non-refundable, and Blu Shift Creative does not provide credits, refunds, or prorated billing for unused time or service interruptions, regardless of the reason.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in Virginia, USA rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if applicable. The arbitration will be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

7. Membership Termination by Blu Shift Creative

Blu Shift Creative reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your membership at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to, violation of our policies, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the service. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

8. Limitation of Liability for Service Downtime

Blu Shift Creative makes no guarantees regarding the availability of its services. Temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances will not be grounds for refunds or compensation.

9. Member Responsibility for Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and restricting access to your account. Blu Shift Creative is not responsible for unauthorized access or any resulting loss of service or membership privileges.

10. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content provided within the Blu Shift Creative membership program, including but not limited to videos, written materials, and interactive sessions, is the exclusive intellectual property of Blu Shift Creative. Members may not copy, distribute, or resell any content without explicit written permission.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Virginia, USA. Any disputes that arise shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Virginia, USA.

12. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Blu Shift Creative reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to members via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
